Here’s what worked – and what didn’t

The apartment was spacious and clean, offering comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Service was first-class, with easy parking and fast WiFi. The location struck a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to attractions!

The communication with staff could be slightly improved, as some requests seemed overlooked. a lack of tissue boxes and minor issues with curtains were a tad annoying, but did not significantly detract from our experience.

Great views from the balcony made our mornings special. The apartment felt spacious with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the full laundry facilities, perfect for drying our swim gear after visiting the Hanmer Pools. The heated swimming pool was a hit, even in the cooler month of August. Staff were genuinely welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. A few areas in the apartment could have been cleaner, like the toilet window frame. we had a bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi dropping occasionally, but a quick reset did the trick. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, it’s one of the best places I’ve been to in Hanmer!

Family with children fantastic getaway

Rosie at reception was brilliant , helped us get settled and answered all our questions right away. The two-bedroom apartment felt like a palace, huge and so well-decorated with a nice balcony where we spent evenings laughing and taking in the views.

It wasn’t the cheapest option , but for what you get, honestly worth every penny.

The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious with everything we needed. It had a nice balcony with a view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a massive shower/bathtub combo. The spa was incredible with a hot tub and great massage services. Loved the outdoor swimming pool too!

Just a balanced option for an overnight stopping in Hanmer Springs with all in all brilliant value for money. The heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long drive. Make sure to ask about local dining spots—they're really close by!

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Amazing showers and helpful staff. Wi-Fi was excellent. Missing a lift for easy access with luggage.

The location was perfect for us, with beautiful mountain views and within walking distance to the village center, making it easy to explore local restaurants and bars. The provision of a well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own vegetarian meals comfortably. The comfy beds and incredible shower added to our overall relaxation during our stay.

A slightly heavier blanket would have improved our sleeping comfort, especially on chilly nights.
